So, who am I?

Hey there! I’m Audrey, a Holistic Business Strategist & Certified Energy Healer based in Northwest Arkansas. My journey began by studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where my analytical mindset and scientific curiosity flourished. However, my path evolved as I embraced my creative side and transitioned into digital marketing, where I’ve continued to thrive.

Over the years, I've gained valuable insights across industries such as outdoor recreation, automotive, tourism, and spiritual practice. My unique blend of analytical thinking and creative energy allows me to approach business and personal growth from a holistic perspective.

As a business coach and consultant, I help entrepreneurs and business owners align their strategies with their purpose and values, creating authentic, sustainable growth. Alongside my marketing services, I also offer Reiki and Healing Touch sessions to help individuals restore balance, reduce stress, and reconnect with their inner peace.

You may also find me teaching workshops and supporting Sacred Space Studio in Rogers, Arkansas, where I help bring the School for Intuitive Arts to life.

Audrey helped create content, pamphlets, and posters to support and promote our business. In my yoga poster, she added a little Easter egg of magick by placing a chakra rainbow in the background. She is so easy to talk to and has fabulous ideas for creation. I'm so grateful our paths crossed!
